We can only ship to the UK.
When you place an order, the postage costs are calculated at the checkout. We only use Royal Mail and generally recommend standard first-class. We do not add on extra fees on top of our postage costs, but account for the packaging and labelling in the overall cost of items and postage. Items ordered after last post will usually be posted the following morning including Saturdays.

If an item needs to be specially made we will advise you by email on the likely dispatch date. This should normally not add more than a day or two onto delivery unless pieces need to be ordered in to make your item.
Do call or email us after 48 hours if your items have not arrived, and we will look into it for you.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the Post Office, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Items that have broken through faulty parts must be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. However, items broken through obvious misuse or returned after the 14 day period will not be exchanged nor refund given. We reserve the right to make that judgement. Please email us for clarification.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. When sending an item back to us via the post office, please obtain a certifcate of posting (this is free). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
